This is my sweet adorable nephew, Kaimen. Kaimen was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy which has prevented him from walking and sitting up. He just turned 3 and the doctors were really unsure how to treat Kaimen. After fasting and praying, my sister Kristin heard of a organization in Utah called, Now I Can. They really felt like this is the treatment he needs to progress. Insurance does not cover this so they decided to put together fundraisers to make this possible for Kaimen. This past weekend we did a benefit garage sale for him. It was amazing how many people helped out to make this possible. There were so many generous people who donated stuff, there were people who donated money, people who helped put together the garage sale, and people who came to garage sale and supported Kaimen. It's amazing to see everyone's generosity. The garage sale was a huge success and a whole lot of work. My family and Richard's family and some good friends were there pretty much all night long. We picked up a lot of items that night and had no idea we had that much stuff. It was just never ending sorting and pricing. We were worried after all this hard work that we weren't going to have enough people come to the garage sale and have to figure out what to do with everything. Well, to our pleasant surprise, we had a lot of people come and most of the stuff was sold within the first few hours. It was really an amazing experience and we were all so happy to be helping Kaimen out. Thank you sooooo much for everyone's donations and support. We couldn't of done it without you!
