Oceanside/Sea World trip- Part 1

This past weekend we got to go Oceanside, CA for a little family vacation. We had soooo much fun and it was great to be able to spend so much time together. Just to warn you there are a ton of pictures, but I didn't know how to narrow it down. I don't know where to start telling about our trip so I'm just going to break it up into days.
Friday: We went to Oceanside beach mid morning. The kids didn't get as into as I thought they would. The last 2 years Colter loved it, but this year they both just played in the sand. I was the only one brave enough to get in the water. I have always loved the beach and couldn't pass up the one chance I have all year to get in the ocean. We then walked on the pier and enjoyed the gorgeous weather. We went back to the condo and all 4 of us took naps (it was wonderful). That evening we went a trip down memory lane and visited the house in Oceanside I grew up in. I lived there until I was about 8 1/2. We then went to a park my mom used to take us to. That day was fun & relaxing.
Thursday: We left in the morning to go to Sea World. Colter was so anxious & excited to go. The kids were awesome in the car ride up. We got to Sea World mid afternoon. We didn't realized how worn out we all were from traveling til we got there, but we still had a ton of fun. The kids immediately fell in love with Sea World. It was the perfect theme park to take them to. Both Colter & Sydney loved all of the exhibits. I was happy to see how into it Sydney was. She loved every second of it & didn't complain once. We went through most of the exhibits the first day and saw about 3 shows. We left around 7ish that night because we were all so tired and Sydney didn't end up napping in the car. We then got to the condo in Oceanside. We got it for an awesome price from a friend. It was awesome not having to share a room with the kids and having a kitchen.
